As part of the work on the creation of electronic agriculture, commissioning and an experimental project were carried out on the identification system of land plots, the register of farms and other modules of the system in the pilot Khachmaz region.

In addition, successful works were carried out on the transition of the Ministry's document circulation to the electronic accounting system, and the communication of the Ministry with the regions and the main institutions of the infrastructure was carried out. The automated information system of inspection of technical control has been commissioned.

As a result, "Caspel" company implemented the following projects in the process of providing technological solutions for the Ministry of Agriculture:

• Reorganization of ICT structure of the Ministry;
• Construction of ICT network on optical fiber carriers;
• Installation of electronic document circulation system;
• Application of electronic agricultural system.
