The technical equipment and data transmission systems of the Nakhchivan Ministry of Taxes have been completely reconstructed. A fiber-optic network covering the entire territory of the Republic was used to ensure uninterrupted operation of the data transmission, preparation and storage system.

Ease of communication (internal telephony, video-conference, etc.) between departments of the Ministry has been implemented. In the course of the global renewal of the technical support of working points, new, modern equipment was installed, monitoring and statistical data collection, and the adequacy control system was organized. A Disaster-Resistant Reserve Center has been established.
